DELIVERY INFORMATION

It is our aim to despatch orders, for goods we hold in stock, on the same day as ordered. We would request orders by 2.00pm, thereafter despatch may be during the next working day.
Please call to make us aware if your requirement is urgent, and we will do our best to help.
Despatch of orders for goods which we do not have in stock at time of order receipt, will be as swiftly as possible, and generally within 1 working day following arrival of stock to complete your order. We may withhold delivery until we can complete your whole order in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

We use a courier partner to deliver your goods, and can offer the following range of services:

UK mainland Next Working Day upto 10kg before 5.00pm           £12.00 +VAT.
UK mainland Next Working Day upto 10kg before 12 midday       £19.00 +VAT.
UK mainland Next Working Day upto 10kg before 10.30am          £29.00 +VAT.
Alternitavely, you can collect your order from our facility in Binely Industrial Estate, Coventry for free.

Same Day delivery service may be available on a case-by-case basis. Please call for details.
